SHOW YOUR WINTERSKÖL™ SPIRIT & sign up for the parade! Registration is free and open to everyone. All participants must register by Thursday, January 10, 2008. Please note, there are several changes to the parade - new start time, parade route & judging location.

THURSDAY 1/10/08: 8 a.m. Anderson Ranch Arts Center's “Wintersculpt” Snow sculpture competition, Aspen Mall Area, Anderson Ranch, 970-923-3181 www.andersonranch.org With more than $5000 in total prize money, the competition for Wintersculpt is intense. This year, each of the six teams chosen will receive a cash award. Teams often work around the clock on Thursday and Friday of the event to transform their 8' x 8' x 8' snow cubes into freestanding sculptures by the Saturday morning judging. An independent panel of judges critique the sculptures on their originality, creativity, and technical excellence. Artists registration deadline is Jan. 3rd by 5 p.m. contact Nicole Garrett at 970-923-3181, ext. 211.
