Night of SHE celebrates the depth, creativity, and influence of women shaping the culinary landscape. This unforgettable evening brings together four pioneering female chefs. Daisy Ryan of Bell’s in Los Alamos, Melissa Perello of Frances and Octavia, Suzanne Tracht of Jar, and Sofia Cortina, 2020 Latin America's Best Pastry Chef. Together, they will present a collaborative menu inspired by their distinct voices, shared values, and the ingredients and philosophies that define their work.
Each course reflects a balance of precision, intuition, and storytelling, highlighting the chefs’ individual perspectives while creating a cohesive dining experience. Thoughtfully paired wines from women led producers further elevate the evening, reinforcing a spirit of collaboration and celebration.
