A Winter Passage: An Evening of Music and Art

Immerse yourself in an evening that unfolds in distinct, luxurious chapters. Presented with Lugano Diamonds and Hennessy Paradis, the night invites guests into an experience shaped by rarity, craft, and the quiet pleasure of being guided from one setting to the next.

The evening opens at the Lugano boutique with an aperitif, an amuse-bouche, and a private viewing of Lugano’s Art Deco inspired capsule collection, a rare selection drawn from their vault and appearing in Aspen for only four days.* After this introduction, the intimate group moves together to the Paradis Suite to continue the night.

AMFS alum and pianist Max Hammond then offers a program of French gourmandises. His performance includes a duet with himself through Steinway’s Spirio technology. The moment creates an interplay between artistry and innovation that sets the tone for what follows.

The performance leads into a four-course dinner created by Pastry Chef Cyril Baudin of Château de Bagnolet, the historic residence of the Hennessy family, and Buğra Keleş, Executive Chef of the St. Regis Aspen. The menu carries guests from Cognac to Colorado with courses such as Alaskan king crab with Kaluga caviar paired with Krug Grande Cuvée, followed by dry aged duck breast with foie gras paired with Joseph Phelps Insignia. The evening continues with Wagyu striploin and white Alba truffle paired with Hennessy X.O, and concludes with a lavender infused baba paired with Hennessy Paradis.

Because of the rarity of the experience, only eleven seats will be available for purchase.

*Throughout the collection’s four-day stay in Aspen, Lugano will also graciously direct ten percent of capsule collection proceeds to the AMFS.
