The Independence Pass Foundation will host the inaugural "Class on the Pass" event. This one-day driving tour for classic cars will travel40 miles from Aspen to Twin Lakes over the 12,095-foot summit, with photo opportunities and informative stops along this superlative route. The tour is open to all sports and special interest cars manufactured before 1973, or any exotic car, or any
other vehicle accepted by the eligibility committee.
"Class on the Pass" will seek to capture the glamour of days past, when Aspen hosted high altitude sports car events. Registration is $275, which includes lunch in Twin Lakes on the east side of the Pass. Net proceeds will benefit the ongoing work of the non-profit Independence Pass Foundation ("IPF").
