The Aspen Cross Country Center hosts the FREE Cross Country Ski Extravaganza on January 15, 2017 from 10am-2pm. Celebrate 31 years of interconnected cross country ski trail with the Aspen Snowmass Nordic Council and the Aspen XC Center at this year’s Extravaganza. And it’s all FREE!

Location: (39551 W. Hwy 82, Aspen) – located in the pro shop at the Aspen Public Golf Course. From Aspen, take Hwy 82 past the Roundabout toward Glenwood and take a right at the first traffic light.
Lessons: Lessons are at 10:30am and 12:30am. If you need to use rental gear, please arrive at least a half hour early. There will be a line for rentals unfortunately! Instructors will be from the Aspen XC Center , Snowmass XC Center, Ashcroft and local volunteers.
Demo Equipment: Representatives from Madshus, Salomon, Swix, Fischer and Toko will be present with the latest demo equipment.
Food: Soup from Red Mountain Grille will be available to all participants while supplies last. There will also be bread and brownies from Louis Swiss Pastry, coffee from Café Ink, cookies from Paradise Bakery.
