World Oceans Day takes place annually on June 8 as a catalyst for collective action towards a healthy ocean and a stable climate, working in collaboration with a wide range of organizations including Relais & Châteaux. This year, Relais & Châteaux chefs, in partnership with Ethic Ocean, are sending a call to action to stop the consumption and sourcing of over-exploited marine species.

Element 47 at The Little Nell is participating by diving to new depths to offer an exclusive, sustainable green-listed species special throughout lunch (11 am - 2:30 pm) and dinner (6 - 9 pm), as an additional option to the traditional menu.
