Recently, we had the privilege of managing a four-day strategic planning meeting for a Fortune 500 company’s Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team in the stunning setting of Aspen, Colorado. The event kicked off with meticulous coordination of airport arrivals. We managed transportation from Aspen Pitkin County Airport, Aspen’s Private Airport, Eagle Regional Airport, and Rifle Private Airport, ensuring a smooth and stress-free arrival for all guests. The afternoon offered a variety of engaging activities, each staffed by our attentive team to ensure a seamless experience. On the jeep tour, we added special touches such as custom maps of Aspen and beverage coolers. The custom walking art tour featured champagne, cheese platters, and sweet treats at each gallery, enhancing the cultural exploration with delightful refreshments.
In the evening, we hosted two exquisite dinners: one at Catch for the Board of Directors and another at Bosq for the Senior Leadership Team. We partnered with the restaurants to curate menus that not only met the client’s needs but also highlighted Colorado’s finest cuisine, including fresh trout. Both dinners featured multi-course plated meals paired with upscale wines, offering a culinary experience that delighted all attendees.
Adventure and Relaxation
The third day was all about choice and personalization. Guests could opt for fly fishing, horseback riding, or a relaxing spa day, each activity thoughtfully planned with its own unique touches. For lunch, we organized a picturesque picnic at the iconic Maroon Bells. This was no ordinary picnic; it featured beautiful salads, steak and chicken grilled right next to the guests, and a full bar. Guests had the option to arrive by bus or e-bike, and after lunch, they could hike around the stunning grounds or enjoy lawn games.
That evening, we provided a true Colorado dining experience at Pine Creek Cookhouse. Guests savored locally caught fish and freshly prepared elk, accompanied by the sounds of an acoustic guitarist and singer. During the cocktail hour, a hat-making and branding activation added a fun, western, and memorable element to the evening. The venue was beautifully decorated with centerpieces, linens, and florals, creating an inviting and festive atmosphere.
A Flawless Farewell
On the final day, our team ensured a seamless departure for all guests, guiding them to their airport transportation.
