Aosta Ristorante
Best Known For: Cacio e Pepe prepared Tableside in a Parmesan Wheel & the best Pizza in Aspen
Aosta, named for the mountainous region in northern Italy, from which many early Aspen settlers hailed, is the latest venture of the CP Restaurant Group.
As you enter the restaurant, you are transported to the heart of the Alps. The space exudes warmth and rustic elegance – Alpine wood paneled walls, sturdy, handcrafted tables, cozy fur pelts draped over chairs, hide rugs lining the floors, and antler chandeliers casting soft glows over the tables, all enhancing the inviting atmosphere.
