Located at 515 E. Hopkins Avenue, Catch Steak Aspen is the latest outpost of Catch Hospitality Group's New York staple, Catch Steak. Catch Steak Aspen is an indoor/outdoor venue with sweeping views of Aspen Mountain. Tilting the traditional model, Catch Steak is a modern take on the classic steakhouse experience. Much like the original Catch concept, Catch Steak's lighter, brighter, and fresher take on steak features a shareable menu including a curated selection of American cuts and a focused selection of Japanese Wagyu.
