As a young child growing up in Los Angeles, Angel Wang recalls that “classical music was always present. When I first heard the works of Rachmaninov and Tchaikovsky, I ran to the piano, trying to repeat the beautiful harmonic shifts and endless melodies that captivated me when listening to these composers.”
