Ayurveda & Yoga Workshop

Discover the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, a 5,000-year-old holistic system focused on health, balance, and longevity.

In this immersive workshop, you’ll explore the connection between the five universal elements—ether, air, fire, water, and earth—and learn how their unique combinations shape your individual dosha, or body-mind type. After a simple quiz to identify your current dosha combination, you’ll receive practical guidance on creating greater balance through yoga, lifestyle, diet, movement, and essential oils.

The workshop will continue with a yoga practice designed to honor the qualities of all three primary doshas. You’ll begin with energizing movement and breathwork, transition into deeper stretches to encourage flexibility, and finish with grounding, restorative postures to leave you feeling relaxed and renewed. Optional essential oils may be incorporated throughout the practice.

Leave with a deeper understanding of yourself and practical Ayurvedic habits you can incorporate into everyday life to support greater awareness, balance, and well-being.
