Domaine Faiveley Wine Dinner at The Little Nell

Coinciding with the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, this one-of-a-kind evening takes place on Saturday, June 20, in the Gallery at Element 47, featuring seventh-generation proprietor Erwan Faiveley of Domaine Faiveley, alongside Little Nell Wine Director Chris Dunaway.

The evening will begin at 6:30 pm with a champagne and canapé reception in the Gallery at Element 47, featuring Domaine Faiveley’s most celebrated wines and offering a rare opportunity to explore the evolution of Burgundy through the lens of one of its most respected estates. The evening will also feature a couple of rare magnums from Williams-Selyem, the legendary Sonoma estate, which is also part of the Domaine’s portfolio. The evening continues with a thoughtfully paired dinner at 7 pm, featuring six of the Domaine’s top Premier Cru and Grand Cru bottlings—including a retrospective tasting of Clos de Bèze—and highlighting the precision and elegance that define both the wines and the culinary experience.
