Join the Aspen Art Museum on Monday, March 2 at 10:00 AM for a deeply relaxing sound bath designed to support rest, release, and renewal. Megan DiSabatino will guide participants through a meditative experience using sound and vibration to help quiet the mind and restore balance.
Surrounded by softly glowing neon paintings and sculptural forms illuminated by black light, the gallery offers a dreamlike, otherworldly setting that enhances reflection and introspection.
Please arrive on time. You will be laying on the gallery floor and are welcome to bring a yoga mat and pillow for added comfort.
