Immerse yourself in a peaceful stretch and the healing vibrations of the Crystal Tones Singing Bowls. The class will start with a gentle stretch led by Aisha Melina followed by Sound Healing lead by Danielle Klein.

Sound therapy will help you relieve stress and overwhelm, release stuck energy, improve sleep, calm an overactive mind, soothe your nervous system and promote healing and a positive mindset.
