FAM Registration Consent Form

Cancellation Policy

Since I have been accepted to attend the Aspen Chamber FAM, I understand there is no registration fee, and acknowledge that a significant investment has been made by the Aspen Chamber Resort Association, the host hotels and other sponsors of the FAM to host my participation. If I cancel my attendance I will not qualify for the airfare rebate.

Partial or non-participation

Should you choose to not fully participate in the hotel tours and hosted functions during the fam, Aspen Chamber Resort Association reserves the right to withhold the airfare rebate extended to the qualified planners.

By signing below I understand that if I cancel or violate the terms above the airfare rebate will be withheld.
