The familiarization trips the Aspen Chamber Resort Association hosts are designed to give prospective clients an immersive experience of our destination. Attendees will explore our venues, meet local partners, and see firsthand how your events in Aspen will defy ordinary.

Your submitted RFP must be currently open and willing to consider Aspen as the host destination.
The fam trip includes complimentary lodging for three nights, hosted meals, and outdoor activities. Qualified participants are eligible for an airfare rebate up to $700. An active RFP is required for participation and will be reviewed for qualification. Qualifying RFPs must yield a minimum of 10 rooms per night and stay two nights or more. Space is limited for participation based on the number of guest rooms extended for the fam trip.
