2:50 pm | St. Regis guests meet Liz in the lobby of the hotel (we will be getting in a shuttle to Aspen Meadows Resort)
2:55 pm | The Little Nell guests meet Liz in the lobby of the hotel (we will be getting in a shuttle to Aspen Meadows Resort)
3:00 pm | Hotel Jerome guests meet Sarah in the lobby of the hotel (we will be getting in a shuttle to Aspen Meadows Resort)
3:15 pm - 5:00 pm | Tour & happy hour at Aspen Meadows
5:15 pm | Tour at Paul JAS Center & Aspen Historical Society Performance
6:15 pm | Dinner at Caribou
Attire for the evening is casual. A light jacket or sweater is suggested for the evening. Please wear comfortable shoes, as we will be doing a fair amount of walking around the Aspen Meadows campus and downtown Aspen this evening.
7:30 am - 8:15 | Tonic Pilates class – Optional (those who are joining for Pilates, you will walk on your own or ask for a hotel shuttle to the studio)
9:45 am | Hotel Jerome guests will meet Nichole in the lobby, walk to St. Regis
9:50 am | The Little Nell guests will meet Liz in the lobby, walk to St. Regis
10:00 am | St. Regis guests will meet the group in the lobby
10:00 am - 12:30 pm | Tour & breakfast at St. Regis Aspen
12:30 pm – 2:30 pm | Tour to the Maroon Bells & lunch (there will be a walk around the scenic loop, sneakers are recommended)

4:25 pm | The Hotel Jerome guests will meet Sarah in the lobby, walk to W Aspen
4:30 pm | The St. Regis guests will meet Nichole in the lobby, walk to W Aspen
4:40 pm | The Little Nell guests will meet Nichole in the lobby, walk to W Aspen
4:45 pm - 5:15 pm | Tour at W Aspen
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm | Tour & cocktails at Limelight Aspen
6:30 pm | Dinner at Marea Aspen
8:00 pm - 9:00 pm | Candlelight Concert Series at Marea Aspen
Attire for Tuesday daytime activities should be causal and comfortable for walking during the tours. You will not have the opportunity to change prior to the going to the Maroon Bells. Aspen is very causal, athleisure is appropriate for our morning tours, sneakers are recommended for walking around the Maroon Bells.
Attire for the evening is casual. A light jacket or sweater is suggested for the evening. This will not be more than a 10-minute walk for anyone, plan shoes accordingly.

10:30 am – 10:50 am | Tour at Aspen Art Museum
11:00 am - 2:00 pm | Tour at The Little Nell, upload Aspen Mountain Gondola, tour Sundeck and Aspen Mountain Club. A sound bath wellness activity followed by lunch at Aspen Mountain Club. Attire: mountain causal is appropriate, please be sure to wear something comfortable for sitting/laying down during the sound bath and footwear for being on mountain.

4:40 pm | The Little Nell guests will meet Liz in the lobby, walk to MOLLIE Aspen
4:45 pm | The St. Regis guests will meet Nichole in the lobby, walk to MOLLIE Aspen
4:50 pm | The Hotel Jerome guests will meet Sarah in the lobby, walk to MOLLIE Aspen
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm | Tour & reception at MOLLIE Aspen
6:15 pm | Tour & dinner at Hotel Jerome
Attire for Wednesday daytime activities should be causal and comfortable for being on mountain. We will be doing a sound bath at the Wedding Deck on Aspen Mountain, so think something comfortable for sitting/laying down during the sound bath.
Attire for the evening is casual. A light sweater or jacket is suggested for the evening since we will be walking to dinner from the hotels. This will not be more than a 10-minute walk for anyone.

Host a meeting or wedding located atop Aspen Mountain at the Sundeck for breathtaking views of the Continental Divide and the Rocky Mountains.
The open-design event space boasts 30-foot ceilings and a cozy fireplace. Able to accommodate up to 500 people, the venue is available for evening events in the summer and winter. (5,300 sq. ft. of event space)
