Attire for the evening is casual. A light jacket or sweater is suggested for the evening. Please wear comfortable shoes as the Aspen Meadows campus is quite large.

Attire for Tuesday daytime activities should be causal and comfortable for walking during the tours. You will not have the opportunity to change prior to the jeep ride. Aspen is very causal, athleisure is appropriate for our morning tours.
Attire for the evening is casual. A light jacket or sweater is suggested for the evening since we will be eating dinner outside. This will not be more than a 10-minute walk for anyone, plan shoes accordingly!

11:00 am - 2:00 pm | Tour The Little Nell, upload Aspen Mountain Gondola, tour Sundeck and Aspen Mountain Club. An afternoon wellness activity followed by lunch at Aspen Mountain Club.

Attire for Wednesday daytime activities should be causal and comfortable for being on mountain.
Attire for the evening is casual. A light sweater or jacket is suggested for the evening since we will be walking to dinner from the hotels. This will not be more than a 10-minute walk for anyone.

Toklat is managed by Aspen Center for Environmental Studies. Located in the Castle Creek, providing visitors a window into the wilderness.
This elegant event space, nestled within the Ashcroft Valley meadow, is customizable for groups of all celebrations and sizes.
Pine Creek Cookhouse specializes in private events fit for every party type—celebratory dinners, weddings and corporate events for up to 160 guests with tent space for up to 250 guests. The log restaurant boasts an elegant four-course meal selection. In the winter months, the restaurant is reached by horse-drawn sleigh or cross-country trails. In the summer and fall, guests can arrive by vehicle at the restaurant’s front door. (7,500 sq. ft. of event space)
Host a meeting or wedding located atop Aspen Mountain at the Sundeck for breathtaking views of the Continental Divide and the Rocky Mountains.
The open-design event space boasts 30-foot ceilings and a cozy fireplace. Able to accommodate up to 500 people, the venue is available for evening events in the summer and winter. (5,300 sq. ft. of event space)
