Booking Incentives

The Aspen Chamber Resort Association will reimburse your site visit airfare up to $700 when you source your wedding through the Aspen Chamber Resort Association. In order to qualify for the reimbursement you will need to book a minimum of 20 sleeping room nights at one of our participating Aspen properties. Submit your inquiry here or send it directly to [email protected] to qualify for the site visit reimbursement.

Your airfare will be reimbursed after the site visit and upon Aspen Chamber Resort Association's receipt of the paid airfare itinerary receipt. This offer applies to wedding inquiries submitted through December 31, 2024. Reimbursement for airfare will be extended to one representative for each wedding. Restrictions may apply.

Aspen Chamber Resort Association (ACRA) will offset travel (air and ground transportation) for your wedding attendees when you source your wedding through the Aspen Chamber Resort Association for distribution to our participating Aspen properties. Submit your inquiry here or email us directly at [email protected] to qualify for the offset. 

ACRA will be making a donation of $100 per wedding group through The Good Traveler whose platform offers a quick and easy way to make air travel more sustainable. The Good Traveler is a carbon offset program that works to restore the balance by keeping greenhouse gases out of the atmosphere. When a carbon offset is purchase from The Good Traveler to go with your plane ticket, you are funding the work of people all over the country who are restoring the climate balance. Current certified carbon offset projects can be found here. Wilderness Workshop is the nonprofit recipient who is an approved nonprofit partner of The Good Traveler to receive the funds from your guests travel to Aspen.
