Aspen Chamber Resort Association Presents Inaugural Aspen Restaurant Week Autumn
Fifteen restaurants confirmed to participate in event’s first year
ASPEN, Colo. (Aug. 28, 2026) – This September, Aspen Chamber Resort Association (ACRA) is thrilled to present the city’s first official restaurant week. Taking place Sept. 21-27, 2026, Aspen Restaurant Week Autumn presents a unique opportunity for locals and visitors alike to dine at a longtime tried and true favorite, or to try something new. With participating Aspen restaurants offering specially priced, multi-course prix fixe menus celebrating the flavors of fall, there is no better time to enjoy all that Aspen has to offer as a culinary destination.
“As summer winds down, we hope Aspen Restaurant Week Autumn will give both locals and visitors something to look forward to as we kick off the fall season, and a fresh reason to discover restaurants they have not yet had the chance to try,” shared Sarah Reynolds Lasser, Vice President of Business Development, ACRA. “We’re excited to host this first iteration of Aspen Restaurant Week Autumn, and hope the event only continues to grow in participation in the future.”

The week-long celebration is really about inviting locals to experience some of Aspen’s finest dining, rooted entirely in our local harvest. We want to take a moment to celebrate the remarkable harvest season our local farmers and purveyors go through to provide such delicious, fresh produce and proteins straight to our kitchens. Each menu offered at the participating restaurants is an ode to the community."
Aspen Restaurant Week Autumn’s participating restaurants will offer prix fixe menus available at $45, $75, and $95. By offering accessible, high-value prix fixe menus alongside standard dining options, the event creates an inviting entry point for new and returning guests.
"We are truly excited to bring Restaurant Week to Aspen as a way to honor our locals who maybe haven't been in or haven't been in for a while, or who just want to stop in for a taste of the current menu,” said BOSQ Aspen owners Chef Barclay and Molly Dodge. “We restaurateurs know how special this week is in other cities, and we look forward to welcoming new and old faces into our spaces at great prices.”
