Julie Hardman
Senior Director of Events
Julie brings over 25 years of event planning expertise to ACRA, paired with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the College of Charleston, SC. Since moving to Aspen in 1995, Julie has built a dynamic career in event planning, starting with coordinating events in Snowmass Village and advancing to roles at Snowmass Tourism and the Aspen Chamber Resort Association. Currently, Julie is the Senior Director of Events and produces ACRA's two annual events which include Wintersköl and the FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen.
When Julie isn't busy planning events, she's likely skinning uphill, mountain biking, entertaining her niece and nephew, walking her dog, or enjoying time with family & friends!

Taylor Smith
Special Events Manager
Taylor moved to the valley in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree is Recreation Management, specializing in programs and events from the University of New Hampshire. Since moving here Taylor started as an intern for Snowmass Tourism moving up to Event Producer in 2023. She also worked for the Aspen Skiing Company event operations team, helping with X-games, Power of Four, Aspen Snowmass Open and much more. Currently, Taylor is the Special Events Manager at ACRA and assists in producing our two events, Wintersköl and the FOOD and WINE Classic in Aspen.
In Taylor’s free time you can find her skiing, mountain biking, hiking, or taking trips to the desert with her husband and kiddo!
