Executive Director, HeadQuarters

Angilina brings a remarkable blend of entrepreneurial expertise and leadership to her role as Executive Director of HeadQuarters, honed through years of experience in the design and development sectors of prominent footwear companies, including Taos Footwear, Deckers Outdoor Corporation, Oakley, and The North Face. Her innovative approach to leadership culminated in the founding and management of a cutting-edge luxury casual footwear company that not only produced stylish, high-quality products but also made a meaningful impact on mental health awareness and support. Angilina's passion for mental health is both personal and professional, fueled by her family's experiences with mental health challenges. As a Certified NASM personal trainer and a Certified Health and Life Coach, she integrates her knowledge of physical fitness and holistic wellness into her advocacy for mental health, shifting the conversation from crisis response to prevention and proactive care. Residing in Carbondale, she balances her professional commitment to Mental Fitness with her personal role as a mother of three children. Alongside her supportive husband, she is deeply engaged in promoting mental wellness within her local community and beyond, ensuring that Mental Fitness becomes a cornerstone of everyday life for individuals and families alike.

Operations Manager, Aspen Recreation Center and Ice Garden

Erin holds a master's in public administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Metropolitan State University. With over 20 years of experience in the Parks and Recreation industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective to her work. 

In addition to her academic achievements, Erin holds certifications in facilitation, is an American Red Cross Instructor Trainer, and has earned leadership and Parks and Recreation certifications. As a Certified Public Manager, she demonstrates a commitment to excellence in public service and community development. 

Erin is passionate about developing high-functioning teams and creating work environments that are inclusive and empowering. She specializes in emotional intelligence skills in the workplace, having spoken at state and national parks and recreation conferences on this vital topic. Her work focuses on fostering collaboration and enhancing workplace dynamics. 

As a speaker, Erin captivates audiences with her insights on emotional intelligence and team development, drawing from her extensive training and hands-on experiences. She aims to educate and inspire action, sharing valuable knowledge that empowers others in the field.

Executive Director, Roaring Fork Leadership

Andrea Palm-Porter, hailing from Wisconsin and settling in the Roaring Fork Valley in 1997, epitomizes Midwestern determination and leadership. Her journey reflects the power of passion, perseverance, and relentless pursuit of excellence. Beginning at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, Andrea showcased unwavering dedication to her growth. With a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Leadership & Marketing, she laid the groundwork for a remarkable career spanning three decades.

Continuing her quest for knowledge, Andrea pursued a Master's in Organizational Leadership from CSU, slated for completion in May 2024. While one of her colleagues said “ Why are you doing that? You should be teaching it.” This pursuit reflects her insatiable appetite for her area of expertise, growth, and her commitment to staying at the forefront of her field.

Throughout her career, Andrea has left an indelible mark on every organization and community she has been a part of. Recently with her involvement with the Boettcher Foundation and CSU in the creation of a leadership ecosystem throughout the state of Colorado, her leadership prowess, coupled with her innate ability to foster meaningful relationships, has been the cornerstone of her success. Whether it's leading Roaring Fork Leadership, facilitating transformative workshops, spearheading innovative projects, or nurturing talent, Andrea's impact is felt far and wide.
