What To Do During the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen Outside of the Tents

Jazz Aspen Snowmass will celebrate their 24th anniversary this year with a stellar lineup for their June Experience. Enjoy music from Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue on Thursday, Diana Krall on Friday, as well as Steve Winwood and Tony Bennett with special guest Antonia Bennett on Saturday. Even better, you can experience the music for free! We partnered with JAS to give away two tickets to the Jazz Aspen Snowmass June Experience to see Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue. Click here to enter now!

Enjoy free music at the top of Aspen Mountain at Bluegrass Sundays. All you need to purchase is a gondola ticket, or work off those calories from the Food & Wine Classic by hiking to the top of Ajax. The show begins promptly at noon and the Sundeck will be open offering a full bar and lunch.

Get your running shoes on and prepare to hit the streets of Aspen with favorite Food & Wine chefs for a 3.1 mile run! Run with celebrity chefs and wine experts through the city streets and parks of Aspen while raising money for Wholesome Wave at the Food & Wine Celebrity Chef 5K Charity Run. More information and registration can be found here.

Check out the locally grown produce, Colorado art, and jewelry at the Aspen Saturday Market. The market runs from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. in downtown Aspen on the streets of Hunter, Hopkins, and Hyman. Cooking demonstrations are held as well as live music and entertainment for children.
