ASPEN, Colo. (Jan. 26, 2026) – The Aspen Chamber Resort Association (ACRA) today announced the promotion of Eliza Voss to Senior Vice President of Destination Marketing, recognizing her long-standing leadership and expanding her role to include oversight of ACRA’s Visitor Services department.

Voss has been a member of the ACRA team since 2010 and previously served as Vice President of Destination Marketing. In her new role, she will continue to lead Aspen’s global destination marketing strategy while assuming oversight of Visitor Services, unifying the visitor journey from initial inspiration through the on-the-ground experience under a single, integrated vision.

“Elevating Eliza to Senior Vice President reflects both her impact over the last 15 years and the evolution of destination marketing today,” said Debbie Braun, President & CEO of Aspen Chamber Resort Association. “Eliza’s leadership, institutional knowledge, and deep commitment to Aspen have been invaluable to our organization, and we are incredibly grateful for the dedication and care she brings to our team and community.”

Throughout her tenure, Voss has played a critical role in shaping Aspen’s brand and strategic direction. Her work spans brand and creative development, major website redesigns, media strategy and placement, long-range planning, and the development of the Aspen Destination Management Plan, a framework that balances economic vitality with community values.

A passionate advocate for Aspen, Voss consistently centers quality of life, sustainability, and resident experience in tourism decision-making. Her leadership reflects ACRA’s commitment to responsible destination stewardship, ensuring Aspen remains vibrant for both visitors and locals alike.

“Aspen is more than a destination; it’s a community I’m deeply grateful to call home,” said Voss. “It’s a privilege to support the place where we live, work, and play, and to help ensure that the experience we share with the world reflects the care, values, and authenticity of Aspen itself.”

Voss lives in Aspen with her family and is a mother of three young children. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and traveling with her family.
