Use the below form to submit an event for consideration on the Aspen event calendar. Events are added to the calendar by ACRA staff weekly - submit events in advance for inclusion on the calendar. Events should be open to the general public. We promote events and happenings in the Aspen area that are destination worthy but also locally serving. Aspen Chamber reserves the right to accept or reject events at its discretion regardless of the policies outlined below.
Submit an Event
Events taking place in the city of Aspen, Colorado which fall into the following categories will be added to the ACRA's Event Calendar:
Festivals, concerts, plays, live performances, lectures, museum & gallery openings and closings, museum exhibits, tours, sporting events, races, special events, locally serving fundraisers events, and arts & culture events
Events under the following will NOT be added to ACRA's Event Calendar:
Trunk shows and pop ups (unless they are related to or run by a member business), classes including yoga, workout classes, dance classes, meditation classes, other physical activity schedules, and art classes (unless one-time special event), gallery exhibits (opening & closing can be submitted), regularly scheduled religious services, events outside of the Aspen area (events that have a major impact on Aspen will be considered on a case-by-case basis), virtual events that do not pertain to the Aspen community, already sold-out events, happy hours, camps, invite only events, and daily events will be considered on a case-by-case basis
