Before the Silver Queen Gondola and before the Shadow Mountain lift, some of Aspen’s earliest skiers were carried on a boat towed up Ajax by a cable. The Boat Tow, is a new Aspen Gravity Haus culinary concept that plays tribute to the history of Aspen ski culture.
