This summer will be like no other! Join Snowmass as they celebrate 32 years of The Snowmass Free Concert Series. This may be the best way to enjoy some of the country's best live bands in a relaxed atmosphere with a spectacular mountain backdrop.
Bring your picnic basket and blanket and enjoy a wide variety of music while taking in the sunsets at Snowmass as acclaimed artists take the stage all summer long.
Time: Doors open at 5:30pm – come grab that perfect spot, music begins at 6:30pm
Drinks are sold on site, including water and alcoholic beverages. While outside alcohol is not permitted, sealed, non-alcoholic beverages are allowed (no glass, please!). Feel free to bring your empty water bottle, we have a water filling station available inside the venue!
No outside alcohol is permitted. There is a staffed bar inside the venue where you can purchase alcoholic beverages (all canned items…beer, wine, & cocktails). Alcoholic beverages can only be purchased by someone 21 years old or older. Proper ID will be required and checked to receive a wristband before purchasing alcohol. Alcohol may NOT leave the concert venue.
What to bring: We suggest a picnic blanket or low chairs to sit on, and a jacket or sweater for after the sun goes down. Maybe an umbrella or jacket for any inclement weather. Many Snowmass restaurants in Base Village and The Mall offer take out for the perfect concert dinner picnic. Arriving early? Check out the patios at Stew Pot, Venga Venga or Ranger Station on The Mall or Base Village, Limelight and mix6 in Base Village for drinks and apps while you wait for your squad.
Where to go: Concerts are held on the Fanny Hill Concert Stage at the end of the Snowmass Mall.
Please utilize public transportation (RFTA & Snowmass’ Free Village Shuttles) when attending the free music series as parking is limited. Free parking is available at the Brush Creek Intercept Lot and at Town Park Station. Snowmass’ Free Village Shuttles pick up & drop off at Town Park approximately every 10 minutes on concert nights.
