Chef Vicky, from a family of entrepreneurs and distillers in Haiti, blends traditional flavors with modern cooking styles. Her Caribbean and International cuisine is fresh and flavorful. She is a James Beard Foundation fellow, a Food Network contestant, and a local food advocate. Chef Vicky is a wife, mother of three, and a business influencer. She was recognized by the Mayor of the City of Sunrise with January 28th being declared Chef Vicky Colas Day.
