A young chef from Los Angeles, Chef Tiana blends her Filipina and Black heritage in her cooking. She started off working in high profile restaurants in the LA food scene where she then took her skills to New York City to be the sous chef at her mentor, Marcus Samuelson’s Harlem eatery, Red Rooster. She worked in LA and New York restaurants before gaining recognition on platforms like Bon Appetit and Food Network. Tee hosts "Cookin with Tee" on YouTube and runs SoulPhil, a pop-up dinner series celebrating her heritage.
