Featuring our high-intensity Enduro Zone workout class, earn your brunch & brunch cocktail by completing the drop in class with us! This workout will utilize all the elements of the outdoor space, HIIT style, building strength and endurance while soaking up the sun and the beautiful views of Ajax Mountain!

After you’ve broken a sweat, unwind and refuel with a delicious brunch featuring healthy, energizing options to replenish your body from our restaurant, The Boat Tow (315 E Hyman Ave). Connect with fellow fitness enthusiasts and enjoy a vibrant community atmosphere while savoring your post-workout meal. Reward yourself and cool down by sipping on mimosas and bloodys together. Host + Class Type
- Get your ass kicked by our Gravity Haus Director of Gravity Haus Fitness, Amy King! Coach Amy + Team will be guiding you through an Enduro Zone class, combining high-intensity intervals with functional training movements to improve aerobic and anaerobic thresholds. Think higher reps and cardio bursts(45 minute).
