Learn about federal and state court systems, how cases make their way to the Supreme Court, and the opinions that informed the Court's decisions this year. Additionally, Liz will give a preview of important cases that have been accepted for the next term. Attendees are welcome to ask questions throughout.
Liz Siegel, JD is a retired attorney who practiced at NASA Headquarters and at a Washington, D.C. homeless shelter. She taught American Government for several semesters at Colorado Mountain College. She has given this lecture for 5 years both in Aspen and in Stamford, CT, her second home.
