Experience the magic of culinary collaboration this ski season at The Little Nell. Their distinguished team—led by Executive Chef Keith Theodore, and Wine Director Chris Dunaway—welcomes celebrated chefs and wine experts from across the globe for an unprecedented series of remarkable dining events.

Join Executive Chef Mark Lundgaard of Copenhagen's Michelin 2-starred Kong Hans Kælder for an evening where taste, sensation, and craftsmanship come together through exquisite Danish cuisine paired with exclusive Krug x Flower selections presented by Estelle Ngo, the U.S. Head of Krug.

Krug X Flower - One plot, one wine, one ingredient - is a cornerstone of Krug’s craftmanship, individuality is the art of understanding that every plot of vines gives birth to a unique wine, a single ingredient in Krug Champagnes In this unique approach to winemaking, Krug selects from over 400 individual wines to create the final blend of our champagnes The same is true for a chef selecting individual ingredients to become part of a final dish.

- Dates & Time: February 15 | 6 pm cocktail reception, 6:30 pm dinner

- Venue: The Gallery at Element 47

- Format: Five-course tasting menu with Krug pairings

- Price: $1,500++ per guest



ABOUT CHEF MARK LUNDGAARD:

Kong Hans Kælder has been a solid part of the Danish food scene since 1976. The restaurant has stuck to classic French cuisine based on good craftsmanship and the best seasonal ingredients. Mark Lundgaard is the fourth Head Chef in the restaurant’s history. He describes the food at Kong Hans Kælder as classic French with a touch of Nordic simplicity. Kong Hans Kælder was the first Danish restaurant to receive a Michelin star, and today, we are proud to serve food worth a detour – and two Michelin stars. We honour the art of cooking; our waiters slice, flambé and carve meats tableside. And each evening ends with pure bliss when our dessert trolley rolls in.
