Sam Durant is a multimedia artist whose work engages a variety of social, political, and cultural issues. He is a faculty member in the Program for Art at the California Institute of the Arts, and his work has been featured in solo and group museum exhibitions internationally. His lecture corresponds with the Crit Sessions program that he will lead for local artists during his stay.
