Celebrate Chablis with the Wines of Domaine Patrick Piuze alongside a few other great names in Chablis, paired with a Bocuse-inspired, four-course menu from Little Nell Executive Chef Matt Zubrod.
Piuze’s main intention is to make a real difference between "wine grower" and "winemaker". While he doesn’t own a vineyard his influence is strongly felt as a counselor and long-term partner for the wine growers of the region. This philosophy enables him to pick the best lots in Chablis, most of them of very old vineyards, to collect high quality grapes. From these grapes Piuze provides a varied wine range from Chablis (four different vineyards) to Grands Crus (six references, among which Les Preuses and Grenouilles) and eleven Premiers Crus. Thus, 110,000 bottles have been produced.
Through his wines, Patrick Piuze has always been intent on revealing the true character of Chablis and its wide-ranging terroirs and vineyards.
