This event honors the memory of Chris Bove, a former ski instructor and supporter of Challenge Aspen, who passed away in 2007. This event raises money for a scholarship in Chris’ name so that local participants have the opportunity to ski for a season.
NASTAR Racing with a Picnic/Party including live music, cash bar and prizes. If you aren’t up for ski racing, don’t worry! You can register for the “picnic only.” This is a celebration you won’t want to miss!
Online registration begins January 4, 2017.
The Spider Sabich Race Arena at Snowmass, located adjacent to the Coney Glade lift. Access the race arena via the Village Express lift mid-station; the race arena is located on Blue Grouse. The race arena is located on Cabin Run to the skier’s left.

Event checkin: 9:00 am – 10:30 am at Snowmass Ticket Pavilion (Snowmass Mall) or 10:00 am – 12:00 pm at Spider Sabich Picnic Palace
Picnic registration includes: Burgers, fruit, chips, cookie, hot cider and soda. Vegetarian option available.
NASTAR registration includes: Picnic AND two NASTAR runs (lift ticket not included)
