By popular demand, we are pleased to welcome back Chef Biju Thomas on Saturday, October 7, for his fourth restaurant takeover at Element 47. For one night only, delight in a delectable three-course curry dinner featuring authentic Indian food such as Lamb Vindaloo, Dal, Kerala Fried Chicken, Aloo Gobi, and more. Reservations are available from 6 - 9 pm for $85 per person plus taxes and gratuity. Beer and wine will be available for additional purchase.

Chef Biju Thomas is a professional chef known for light, simple Indian food dishes bursting with bold flavors, from recipes inspired by his childhood. Chef Biju has designed menus for many popular restaurants and had great success with his own restaurant, Biju’s Little Curry Shop, growing to three locations before closing amidst the pandemic. In 2009, Chef Biju teamed up with sports physiologist Dr. Allen Lim to improve the everyday diets and performance nutrition of professional cyclists and their teams. In the years since, Chef Biju has cooked for dozens of elite professional cyclists, teaching them the craft of cooking. Today, he is the founder of Base Camp Canteen the premier food service provider for Outdoor Recreation, Adventure, and Endurance Sports.
