Subject matter experts from Aspen Strong and Aspen Valley Hospital will answer your questions about pandemic fatigue and the many resources available to help our community members who may be suffering from trauma, addiction and depression in their various forms.
With an overwhelming amount of uncertainty these days we are all feeling tapped. The emotional fatigue has hit many of us at different times as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to unfold into a second year. For some it has brought upon new habits that might not be self-serving, for others there have been traumatic experiences such as loss of income, or stability. Our panel, with life experiences to share, will answer your questions about how to deal with the fallout from COVID-19, how to talk to your employer about your mental wellness and when it is time to seek help. Submit your questions to: [email protected].
