Join The Little Nell in celebrating the Fourth of July with a barbecue buffet at Element 47 from 12 to 3 PM. Savor classic favorites with a signature Little Nell twist from Texas BBQ beef brisket, Wagyu hot dogs, chicken thighs, and a suckling pig to sides such as jalapeño cornbread, heirloom tomato and burrata salad, roasted German potato salad, dessert and more.

At the base of Aspen Mountain, Ajax Tavern is offering a special Fourth of July plat du jour all day long. This festive dish features Wagyu brisket, jalapeño cornbread, coleslaw, and baked beans.
