Red Brick Center for the Arts is Aspen’s hub for artmaking and exhibitions. Visitors will enjoy viewing artworks by Colorado artists in the galleries and meeting with the 12 working artists who hold studio space at the Red Brick. The galleries feature changing exhibitions throughout the year with artwork for sale at all price levels. The 12 working artists known collectively as the Red Brick Resident Artists, work in a range of mediums and present their studios as workspace and retail for their creative practice.
Red Brick Center for the Arts is pleased to present an exhibition of works by Brenda Peters, Vanessa Porras, Justin Squier, and Teal Wilson. In this exhibition, a chair is bent into new forms, a family line is presented in undulating curves, the colors black and white become ambiguous, and brush strokes of color flow with others to create new ones. It is never the picture we love, but always everything in between.
