Håkan & Anne Thörnström, owners of the Michelin-starred Thörnströms Kök in Göteborg, Sweden, will take over element 47 for a one night only, four-course dinner. Thörnströms Kök (Kitchen) opened in April, 1997. Fourteen years later, it received a Michelin star. Thörnströms Kök offers modern Scandinavian and regional cooking. Thronstrom's work with the art of cuisine is in constant development. Thörnströms Kök is owned by Anne and Hakan Thörnström who run the restaurant together with manager Peter Halldén.
