In collaboration with the Aspen Music Festival and School, Pitkin County Library is pleased to welcome Ensemble Flatirons & Juniper Winds to the Library Concert Series for an evening of chamber music! 

Ensemble Flatirons and The Juniper Winds are the graduate brass and woodwind quintets-in-residence at the University of Colorado Boulder College of Music. The quintet members, all DMA candidates, are coached by Professor of Horn Michael Thornton, Professor of Bassoon Yoshi Ishikawa and other faculty members. 

The ensembles regularly perform recitals at the College of Music and are involved in outreach programs in the Boulder community and beyond, including an educational residency with the Aspen Music Festival and School and Roaring Fork Valley schools.
