An executive chef/founder of Fat Fowl, Chef Shorne developed a passion for cooking while growing up in St. Lucia in his grandmother's kitchen. His culinary style combines Caribbean cuisine with global flavors and traditional cooking methods to create a modern twist. Chef Shorne has received recognition both internationally and nationally, including winning the Grace Jamaican Jerk Festival Celebrity Chef Throw Down in 2017 and reaching the semi-finals of the International Iron Chef Competition in Toronto. His culinary journey has extended to television, where he has made guest cooking appearances, like competing against Bobby Flay on the Food Network's "Beat Bobby Flay" and being a finalist on "Chopped".
