Let's turn up the heat!  Celebrate our community's culinary creativity as restaurants from the Roaring Fork Valley come together for the legendary Soupsköl competition. You can be the ultimate judge as you taste your way through a variety of delectable soups. Winning restaurant will receive the coveted Soupsköl soup pot and bragging rights! 

The Wintersköl Beer Festival joins Soupsköl for a true "toast" to winter!  Brought to you by ACRA and Radiate Events, gather for an evening of frosty festivities, live entertainment, and the unmistakable warmth that comes from celebrating the season with good company.  Open to everyone; must be 21 years or older for beer/spirits tastings.

Calling All Restaurants & Caterers to participate in Soupsköl:

Don't be left out in the cold!  Registration is now open through October 18 at 5:00pm.  Please fill out the online form below and we will reach out directly. All participating restaurants must have Colorado Retail Food Service License and provide a certificate of insurance verifying your businesses liability and workers comp.  All soup must be made in a certified/licensed kitchen.  Participating restaurants will be required to sign a hold harmless agreement and City of Aspen health release form.
