This elegant event space, nestled within the Ashcroft Valley meadow, is customizable for groups of all celebrations and sizes. Pine Creek Cookhouse specializes in private events fit for every party type—celebratory dinners, weddings and corporate events for up to 160 guests with tent space for up to 250 guests. The log restaurant boasts an elegant four-course meal selection. In the winter months, the restaurant is reached by horse-drawn sleigh or cross-country trails. In the summer and fall, guests can arrive by vehicle at the restaurant’s front door. (7,500 sq. ft. of event space)
