3:00 pm - 5:30 pm | Tour & happy hour at Aspen Meadows

5:45 | Tour & dinner at Hotel Jerome

Attire for the evening is casual. A light jacket or sweater is suggested for the evening. Please wear comfortable shoes as the Aspen Meadows campus is quite large.

Attire for Tuesday daytime activities should be comfortable for walking during the tours. 

Attire for the evening is casual. A light jacket or sweater is suggested for the evening since we will be walking to dinner from the hotels. This will not be more than a 10-minute walk for anyone, plan shoes accordingly!

3:50 pm | St. Regis guests meet ACRA host in the lobby of the hotel

3:55 pm | The Little Nell guests meet ACRA host in the lobby of the hotel

4:00 pm - 6:00 pm | Tour & reception at W Aspen

6:30 pm | Dinner at Caribou Club

Attire for Wednesday daytime should be comfortable for walking during the tours and appropriate footwear for being on mountain. A light jacket or sweater is recommend since we will be at higher elevations. Remember hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen. 

Attire for the evening is casual. A light sweater or jacket is suggested for the evening since we will be walking to dinner from the hotels. This will not be more than a 10-minute walk for anyone.
