3:10 pm | Hotel Jerome guests meet Sarah in the lobby of the hotel 

3:30 pm - 5:15 pm | Tour & happy hour at Aspen Meadows

5:30 pm | Dinner at Casa Tua 

Attire for the evening is casual. A light jacket or sweater is suggested for the evening. Please wear comfortable shoes as the Aspen Meadows campus is quite large.

12:00 am – 1:30 pm | Bike Ride to Woody Creek Tavern with Blazing Adventures 

1:30 pm - 2:30 pm | Lunch at Woody Creek Tavern 

2:45 pm | Tour Chaparral Ranch

4:00 pm | Free time

5:25 pm | The Little Nell guests meet Nichole in the lobby of the hotel, walk to MOLLIE 

5:30 pm | St. Regis guests meet Nichole in the lobby of the hotel, walk to MOLLIE 

5:35 pm | Hotel Jerome guests meet Liz in the lobby of the hotel, walk to MOLLIE 

5:45 pm - 7:00 pm | Tour & happy hour at MOLLIE Aspen

7:15 pm | Tour Dancing Bear Rooftop 

7:30 pm | Dinner at Wild Fig 

Attire for Tuesday daytime activities should be causal and comfortable for walking during the tours. You will not have the opportunity to change prior to the bike ride, plan on breathable clothing, shorts or leggings, supportive sneakers, and sunglasses. Aspen is very causal, athleisure is appropriate for our morning tours. 

Attire for the evening is casual. A light jacket or sweater is suggested for the evening since we will be eating dinner outside. This will not be more than a 10-minute walk for anyone, plan shoes accordingly!

10:15 am – 10:45 am | Tour at Limelight Aspen

11:00 am - 3:00 pm | Tour The Little Nell, upload Aspen Mountain Gondola, tour Sundeck and ASPENX Mountain Club. An afternoon wellness activity followed by lunch at ASPENX Mountain Club 

3:00 pm | Free time

5:50 pm | Hotel Jerome guests meet Sarah in the lobby of the hotel 

5:50 pm | St. Regis guests meet Liz in the lobby of the hotel 

5:55 pm | The Little Nell guests meet Nichole in the lobby of the hotel 

6:00 pm - 7:00 pm | Tour & reception at W Aspen

7:15 pm | Dinner at Caribou Club 

Attire for Wednesday daytime activities should be causal and comfortable for being on mountain and enjoying wellness activities. Aspen is very causal, athleisure is appropriate for our morning tours. Remember hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen. 

Attire for the evening is casual. A light sweater or jacket is suggested for the evening since we will be walking to dinner from the hotels. This will not be more than a 10-minute walk for anyone.
