On Feb. 7, the premiere chocolate tasting event of the year, the Chocolate Classic, will take place at the Hotel Jerome with all proceeds from the event benefiting Response. Their mission is to support, educate and empower survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in Pitkin and western Eagle counties. The Chocolate Classic is a grand tasting festival of the finest chocolate desserts generously donated by professional chefs from across the Roaring Fork Valley. Entire proceeds benefit RESPONSE an Aspen-based nonprofit who serve survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.
As a participant you will be able to taste over 30 different types of delightful chocolate desserts, vote for your favorite one, bid on fabulous silent auction items and enjoy a cash bar and entertainment.
Our mission is to support, educate, and empower survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and the success of our annual fundraiser allows us to provide our services to the members of our community at zero cost.
