Treat yourself to a day of luxury and self-care with Shannon Worth on a late winter Sunday! The gorgeous Aspen Meadows Resort will be our home base for this rejuvenating one-day retreat.
The retreat will begin with a 90-minute Vinyasa class at 9:30 am, followed by time to circle up and connect and then enjoy a full and hearty lunch. Your one-day retreat will include a day pass to Aspen Meadows Resort, so after lunch you can hang at the health club, heated year-round pool, or hot tub. Or maybe you'd like to cozy up with a book and enjoy the views. If you're craving nature time, visit out the outdoor art installations or bring your cross-country skis or snowshoes to explore the grounds! We will reconvene for afternoon yoga at 3:00 - a special offering of Shannon's deeply nurturing Self-Care Workshop to leave you feeling all the yoga glow.
