After nearly two years without the opportunity for live performance, Dance Aspen is excited to bring high-caliber, Contemporary Dance back to the Aspen Community. In its inaugural season, Dance Aspen is comprised of seven captivating, talented and passionate dancers local to the Roaring Fork Valley.
“The Pieces Fall” is an evening of diverse programing by choreographers from around the world including Danielle Rowe, Penny Saunders, Ben Needham-Wood and more. Pairing the lines and technique of classical ballet with the human and emotional power of contemporary dance, Dance Aspen brings exciting, innovative and world class art to the Wheeler Opera House.
