Plan on lunch at Meat & Cheese Restaurant and Farm Shop. Save some time, before or after your meal, to peruse the farm shop side of the business which sells specialty cheeses, meats, fresh seafood & produce as well as precious housewares.

No Colorado mountain town is taken seriously until they have their own brewery. Aspen Brewing Company is our claim to fame. The boys serve up Brown Bear Ale, Independence Pass IPA, Pyramid Peak Porter and even a delicious root beer for those under 21.

Score tickets to a farm to table dinner at ACES at Rock Bottom Ranch. Dine at the source of sustainable agriculture with a menu featuring products from the Ranch and surrounding area. A 5-course meal of local foods, cheese, beer, wine, and spirits is served in the open-air pole barn in Basalt. Daily farm tours are available for free if you didn’t happen to score tickets.
