For the Littles

Pitkin County Library was remodeled in 2016 and the children's area is a great place to start your day. Read a book, put on a puppet show, play with the train set, or solve a puzzle.
11 am
While the big siblings are heading out on a horseback ride, the littles can feed the goats at the T-Lazy-7 roadside stalls. Quarter operated food dispensers available onsite.

Bring a picnic to ACES' nature preserve at Hallam Lake and visit with the resident birds of prey.

Cool off in the Dancing Fountain located on the corner of the Hyman Avenue Mall.

Brunelleschi's is a great place to enjoy pizza and make your own pizza- not to mention mom & dad will appreciate the happy hour specials.

Milkshakes, burgers and mini-golf, yes, you just died and went to heaven! CP Burger on Durant Ave has your mid-day crash covered. (Ice skating instead of mini-golf during winter months)

The Aspen Recreation Center offers ice skating, a sledding hill, rock climbing, a batting cage, and an indoor swimming pool complete with a water slide and lazy river.
