Chef Biju Thomas is a life-long cyclist, chef and entrepreneur from Colorado who now lives in Bentonville, Arkansas. He is the host of “The Road Less Eaten” On Outside TV, a food and adventure travel show that takes him across the US in search of great people, stories and of course food. He is a co-founder of the sports nutrition company Skratchlabs, and co-author of The Feedzone Cookbooks.
